Recipe: Tapas - How to make a tomato paste for your ciabatta

Hi guys

today I have another recipe for you. Since you all know that I hate fresh tomatoes you should know that I absolutely love the dried and pickled ones in olive oil. They taste great for me. I know that is a little strange and I don´t know why I am this way but that´s how it is.

So here we come to the recipe:


That is what you need:

Ciabatta ( you can also take another bread if you like to)
dried tomatoes
some olive oil
herbs (parsley or basil)


-cut the bread in slices



-put the dried tomatoes and some olive oil into your cruhser (not for long, there should stay some pieces of the tomatoes)


-Put the paste on your sliced bread (it tastes awesome when you warm the bread in the oven first) 
-decorate it with some herbs (I used parsley here but you can also take basil)

Et voilá.
